令人嘆為觀止的動畫 請問傳動軸是有兩個偏心距離嗎? 如果內側是右偏3mm 外側就是左偏6mm嗎?
軸上連接錯位的雙偏心軸套、但細節尺寸我也不會算。旋轉動畫是用公式 Sin, Cos...模擬偏移。
@@Janara1943 幾年前設計過 只不過不是用擺線 ruclips.net/video/_urI006JM0M/видео.html 近來找到擺線方程式 也順利畫的出來 只不過 常用的solidworks 具體模擬 只能挪動一小段 應該是 solidworks無法具體模擬曲線動作

A bunch of years ago, I worked on a navigation system, mainly used in cargo aircraft. It used a ground facing radar that used a Geneva drive to switch wave guides. The very first thing you're taught is to put your ear to the cargo bed and listen for the clack, clack of the drive. If you didn't hear that, the antenna was bad, or the spring drive from the Geneva drive motor to the rotary wave guide had broken, it was nothing more than a spring universal joint. Crew chiefs would always give me a dirty look listening for it,.

Nice animation of basic Geneva mechanism. Those saying that it can lock up or move out of sync would of benefited from a ISO metric view of the assembly. In Top view only it is easy to miss the centre shaft acting as a positive locating pin.

What software did you use to create this?
Model by Rhino 3D, Animation by 3ds max + MAXScript. Try to use MAXScript to complete the calculation.
Old fashioned cinema cameras everything with word Geneva related with watches or 24 frame per second cameras.

The sum of the three angles of any triangle is equal to 180 degrees. And in your video is not, therefore wrong calculations.
It was in the post-processing of the film to Retouch Him. ^_^
There aren't 3 angles shown. Two of the numbers are angle measures, and the third is a side length.
It needs off-set kill protection or it is a disaster waiting to happen.
It has that in the "crescent moon" feature on the rotating component on the right. The left hand component is either locked in position or actively being driven by the pin in the slot. It's impossible for the mechanism to get out of sync. A typical use for this type of mechanism would be to transport motion picture film through a camera or projector, where the film is alternately held stationary in the gate and advanced rapidly to the next frame.
What is relationship between that side and that angles?
I just use Trigonometric functions to Calculate its movements.

Обтюратор это немного другое, тот перекрывает световой поток, а этот работал в качестве скачкового механизма.

@@lightbatmen Прочитал, мнения не изменил. Это НЕ аналог механизма обтюратора. Аналогичность подразумевает аналогичную функцию. Он скорее аналог грейферного механизма, который применялся в 8мм проекторах. А обтюратор да, использовался при смене кадров. Но выполнял совсем другие функции. Перекрывал световой поток при смене ( и не только) кадра, а вот менял этот кадр мальтийский крест.

Why step down the gear ratio and then step it back up? In real life, it'd be a waste of energy. Cool animation though.
Only the calculation of the 3D Model Gear Ratio is Not in line with the Actual industrial operation. 只是 3D 模型齒輪比數計算,不合乎實際工業運作。^_^
